AquaZoo Refund & Admission Policy

No Refunds – All sales are final, including admission, interactions, and purchases.

Admission Required – A valid admission ticket is needed for all Premium interactions and activities.

Rescheduling – Premium interactions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals – Missed or late Premium interactions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
